Lawtimate AI was founded by former Big Four management consultant and in-house legal operations specialist, Jag Sanghera.
Over the course of his work advising legal leaders and leading transformation programmes across FTSE 100 and Fortune 500 companies, as well as multinational conglomerates and private equity–backed portfolio businesses, Jag worked closely with general counsel to build high-performing, best-in-class legal functions—typically through large, costly, and impressively formatted consulting engagements.
Having undertaken this work repeatedly, one thing became clear: whilst the answers were well received, the way they were delivered was often slow, costly, and unnecessarily complex.
Recognising that much of this could be done faster, cheaper, more efficiently, and with far less friction, Jag saw an opportunity to rethink how high-performing, best-in-class legal departments are built.
Establishing Lawtimate AI in response, he set out to empower General Counsel to build and lead world-class, data-led, high-impact legal departments on their own terms.
The result? A legal department that is faster, sharper, more influential and built for what comes next.
